This course will explore how to be more considerable when it comes to messaging, channels and tactics to meet the demands of a growing ethically conscious consumer base.

You will have up to one year to complete this course, and it will take approximately 100 hours to complete.

The course materials can either be emailed online or posted to you as a study pack depending on which you select at enrolment. You will receive your tutor support by email.

This module will be assessed via an onscreen multiple-choice test. There are 6 on-demand windows open each year for you to book on to through your MyCIM portal. The grade you achieve will be your final award grade.

When studying this course, you will need to purchase your CIM membership separately, which is £65 per year for CIM Studying Membership. This will give you access to a wealth of online articles, journals, and ebooks to help you with your studies.

You will also need to pay for your assessments through CIM’s booking system located on their online membership portal. This will be paid directly to CIM when booking your assessment. Please note, additional fees will be incurred if resits are taken.

Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded the CIM Level 4 Award in Responsible Marketing.

As a successful learner, you have several options for furthering your qualifications:

Complete additional units: You may choose to enhance your level 4 qualification by completing the remaining optional units, which will allow you to achieve the extended certificate.

Advance to level 6: Alternatively, you can progress to higher-level qualifications such as:
