Live online: attend live 90-minute webinars hosted by a tutor throughout your course alongside other students.

Throughout your course, you will stay on track with a weekly structure of tutorials hosted on your e-learning platform. You’ll also have access to digital textbooks, online content, and learner tutor forums to support your learning.

You will have 24/7 access to short, easy to digest ‘topic essential’ videos that will help you get started.

Guided activities will help you to develop and apply your knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with other students in the community forum.

Please note, you will need to purchase a student membership with CIPD when you enrol on your course. This will require you to pay a £40 joining fee and pay £124 annually for the membership.

Course outcome

Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive your CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice Level 3.

You will need to complete four written assignments (one per unit). Comprehensive assessment briefing videos and tutor support will help you prepare for your assessments.

What next?

After successfully completing this course, you will be able to move onto the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management or the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development.
