Overview
This course is designed for practising or aspiring managers. It will help develop leadership and management skills in management while teaching you how to identify the links between coaching, mentoring, and he achievement of business goals.
You will need to study a collection of units from the management subjects with a minimum of 370 total unit hours to achieve the Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management. You will have the choice to explore such topics as strategic leadership, collaborations and partnerships, coaching skills for leaders, and much more. This is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status.
You will have access to your course materials via an online learning portal, as well as an experienced and friendly tutor who will offer guidance, support and advice. Your tutor will liaise with you in advance of starting the course to ascertain the best unit(s) for you to study, based on your desired outcome. Some unit combinations are not allowed, due to content duplication. Your tutor will be able to advise further.

To achieve a Level 7 Award in Leadership and Management, you must complete any combination of units with a minimum of 370 TUT (total unit time) hours to achieve this qualification. You must be at least 19 years of age to enrol on this course, and we require you to have at least a level 3 qualification and a good understanding of the written requirements at level 7.
