This Property Development course is assessed by six end of unit written assignments, which are submitted to your tutor for marking. No external examination is required.

You may start at any time and have a full year to complete your studies. The course should take up to 80 hours to complete. This includes working through the course materials, conducting independent further reading and completing the end of unit assessment.

The study method you choose depends on your personal learning style. Your options are:
