Extra information
This Amadeus course is assessed online using our Online Learning Environment and Amadeus Simulator. You will take a series of tests as you progress through the course. There is also an Amadeus exam that is taken online at the end of your course and takes one hour to complete.
You have a total of 45 hours of access to the Online Learning Environment and up to a 6-month timeframe to complete the course.
This course is run online through our Online Amadeus Training facility, which provides an Amadeus Simulator so you can use the software as you learn.
Please note that this is a self-study course. You will not be allocated a tutor as all support is self-contained within the course materials. You will, however, benefit from technical support.
Upon completion of this course, you will receive an Amadeus certificate to use as proof of competency in using the system, which will be widely accepted by employers within the industry.

No, everything you need is included in the price! You will need to ensure that you have access to a computer, connected to the internet to complete this Amadeus course.
The IATA points system has been dismantled since January 2006, when the accreditation criteria for the UK changed. These training points are no longer a requirement for a travel agency to obtain IATA accreditation.
