What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is where someone will pay more attention to their current feelings and thoughts, as well as the world around them by being more present. Being able to reconnect with your body and the sensations it feels is an important part of mindfulness. This means paying attention to everything around you, the sights, the smells, the sounds. This could be something as simple as making sure to taste every bite of your food.
During this Mindfulness QLS Level 3 course, you will be introduced into mindfulness practice before exploring modes of doing and being, meditative routines, and much more.

The ACCPH is an independent self-regulated professional body for counsellors, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists.
